I. General Terms and Conditions of TOPLVESCORTS.

The subject of the following general terms and conditions is on the one hand the mediation service of TOPLVESCORTS , hereinafter referred to as agent, as well as the general terms and conditions of the respective service providers, hereinafter referred to as lady. We may refer to the respective service recipient as a customer.

Statutory provisions remain unaffected.

1. Contract with the agent

The agent mediates contracts between the customer and the lady with services as part of an escort service. Details are regulated in the general terms and conditions of the respective lady or in their respective individual contractual agreements. The intermediary's task is to properly arrange the services requested by the customer.

The specific service to be provided by the lady is not part of the agency contract. The design of the sexual and other services is determined solely between the lady and the customer on their own responsibility.

2. Obligations of the agent

The offers of the agent are non-binding. The intermediary will endeavor to conclude a contract between the customer and the lady for the desired services.

3. Visual and textual representation of the services of the ladies by the agent

These descriptions are based on information and templates provided by the respective lady. The intermediary assumes no liability for the content of their information and templates.

4. Payment, Authorization to Receive Money

No separate fee is charged to the customer for mediation. The respective services are settled directly between the customer and the lady. Insofar as the intermediary is exceptionally entitled to accept the payment, he has the authority to receive money for this purpose.

II. Ladies Terms and Conditions

1. Nature and scope of the services of the ladies

The type and scope of the contractual services owed by the lady to the customer are determined between them on their own responsibility. Otherwise, the general terms and conditions apply.

2. Booking - conclusion of contract

A contract between the lady and the customer is only concluded when the lady accepts the non-binding booking request from the customer.

3. Fee

The respective remuneration refers exclusively to the time and company of the ladies and not to any additional services. Any travel expenses will be charged separately; these are to be paid in advance. The intermediary has power of attorney to receive money for this purpose. The same applies if a deposit is requested by the lady.

Otherwise, the agreed fee is to be handed over to the lady in cash in an open envelope at the beginning of the meeting without being asked. Other payment options are excluded.
